There are four types of parenting styles: indulgent, neglectful, authoritative, and authoritarian… that could very well affect us growing up. And in light of the Ray Rice controversy and even locally with Cass Technical student Jayru Cambell, we all need to do a soul check on our upbringing and how it could affect our decision-making process.
