Today, I talked to Dr. James Perkins, pastor of Greater Christ Baptist Church about the Radio One Women’s Empowerment Expo. Dr. Perkins will be on two very important panels; Transitioning from Boyhood to Manhood and the Black Men Revealed panels. Both are so integral in how we interact with our young boys to our relationships with the men in our life, that I had to break it up into two parts! We also talked about the role of the church in helping our young boys and why every woman should be at the Women’s Empowerment Expo on July 12th.
