Last Wednesday we discussed the importance of great customer service during Game On Wednesday with Joseph Kimbrough, President of Sensible Business Technical and Leadership Institute. In light of the tragedies that took so many lives last week, and devastated so many families, Joseph and I decided to tackle ways to triumph over tragedy. We all deal with problems, but sometimes it just gets to be almost too much. Here are some steps you can take… it’s Game On!  ~Randi
