When I met Eddie Connor a couple of years ago, I was so impressed, so inspired, that I had to tear my office apart to find the card he’d given me so that I could keep in contact with this motivating man of God.
If you don’t know him, Eddie is an author and international speaker from Detroit, Michigan. He empowers people to overcome obstacles and walk in their unique purpose, by sharing his testimony as a survivor of stage 4 cancer. Connor is also the founder of Boys 2 Books, which provides mentorships to young males with literacy, leadership, and life skills enrichment. He was also featured in the BET Documentary, “It Takes A Village to Raise Detroit” and speaks extensively on the subjects of leadership, overcoming obstacles, and maximizing your purpose.
